At LM Properties we offer three property management services, which are listed below:

Full managed

We will market your property on all major portals and carry out all viewings. We will also do full referencing on the tenants (includes credit checks, employment checks and previous landlord checks). We will carry out an inventory and also create a tenancy agreement. After the tenant gains entry we carry out periodic inspections, deal with receiving rental payments, speak to the tenants about any issues and can carry out repairs. We also lodge your deposit with Safe Deposit Scotland.

Part managed

We will market your property on all major portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, S1homes etc and carry out all viewings. We will also do full referencing on the tenants (includes credit checks, employment checks and previous landlord checks), do an inventory and do the lease sign up with our paperwork but with your details. Once this process is complete the management is transferred over to yourself and you will deal with the tenants directly.

Marketing only

We will market your property on all major portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, S1homes etc. We will pass any enquires onto yourself, but for a small additional fee we can carry out viewings on your behalf.
